Thanks to those who volunteer

Last night was the third of 6 meets - we’re halfway through! Thank you to all of the parents that have volunteered their time during the meets, and a special thanks to those of you that have stepped up at the last minute to fill a vacancy. Without your help we would not have a swim team!

To show our gratitude for your contributions, all people who have fulfilled their volunteer role will be automatically entered into a raffle. The raffle winners will be announced at the end-of-season banquet.

July 5th Meet vs Highcroft

• Location and Parking Information:
  • Address: 5115 Highcroft Dr, Cary, NC 27519
  • Parking is available at the pool as well as up and down Highcroft Drive (the main road next to the pool).
• Facility:
  • Visitors are encouraged to bring a folding chair and/or a tent to our home meets.
  • Your swimmers can set up on the end of the pool opposite the starting blocks.
  • Your coaches can set up on the side of the pool closest to the entrance.
  • We have a 6 lane 25 Yard pool. We have lights so we can swim past dusk.
  • PLEASE NOTE: For 10 and under relays, swimmers #2 and #4 must start from in the water (the end of the pool opposite the blocks is very shallow).
  • The pool will be available for your team to warm up from 5:30 to 6:00.
• Pre-Meet Briefing: There will be a pre-meet briefing promptly at 5:45 pm next to the main entrance to the pool. Kindly have all people officiating at the meet and yourselves in attendance at that time.
• Concessions: We offer concessions where swimmers and families will be able to purchase pizza, Chick-fil-A, candy and snacks. Cash only.

Board members needed for 2023 season!

We have several vacancies on our swim team committee for 2023. The swim team committee manages the administration and financial operations of the team. If you are willing to volunteer and want to learn more, contact one of the swim team co-chairs: Crystal ([email protected]) or Rodika ([email protected]).

Cary City Meet

Don’t forget to add your swimmer to the Cary City Meet entry on the wellsley wave site. Parents, for this meet you will also need register your kid for specific events. However, the coaches will finalize the meet entries.

End of Season Banquet
