Please update your swimmer's attendance for this meet in SwimTopia now!

You can also check your volunteer roles in SwimTopia.

Meet entries close at 9 pm Sunday! Coaches create the line-ups at that time, and it is difficult to make changes.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT RELAYS!

Please carefully select your child’s relay options! There are 4 options in the drop-down menu: all relays, no early relays, no late relays, and no relays.

Medley relays are the first event. Free relays are the last event, so they may run late into the evening. If your swimmer is entered in a relay and leaves early, the entire relay cannot swim and causes issues for the team and coaches! We appreciate your cooperation.

Helpful Hints: In SwimTopia, click on the swim meet. This opens a tab that has the swim meet at the top and “Attendance” in a gray bar below that. You should see your swimmer’s names beneath this, with a button that says “Meet Signup” under their names. Click this button to open up your attendance, then click the orange “Edit” box to change your swimmer’s attendance. It shows in a gray drop-down menu “attending” or “not attending”. If you select "attending," you can select the events they are available to swim (please note, coaches will place them in the events they will swim and not all swimmers will swim all races). You will also mark your child available to swim in relays as described above (coaches may not be able to use everyone for relays at every meet). There are no 6 and under relays. Don't forget to press "Save"!
